The desire to create secret/hidden worlds comes to us when we begin to realise the depth of our imagination and the potential in us to always be elsewhere. When, as children, we daydreamed of secret kingdoms, caves in which a sleeping king and queen awaited our discovery and where we could finally become a fairy princess, we ignored the normality of our daily reality. Transported by our daydreams and books, absorbed and elevated by joy or terror, we played in unseen dimensions (unseen by grown-ups, that is) where our desire held sway above all others.

Soo its the summer holidays / End of uni and ive decided to take a little break , although im still working part time at the hospital i need to rest and re fuel before doing my art . I've boooooked a fab beach holiday for in 4 weeks time soo i shall be well rested on my return and plooooooough back into the art.. heres some images to keep us all inspired..
